At Little Handles, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your package

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used feeding products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance/discounted items

  • Customer change-of-mind returns

Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it for free.

To process the replacement quickly, please send:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos showing the issue

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be made to your original payment method

  • Refund time: 3–7 business days

For COD orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

If problem is from our side (wrong/damaged/defective):

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged free of cost

If the customer wants to return due to personal preference:

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer

Important Notes

  • Refund is issued only after QC approval

  • If pickup fails multiple times, the request may be cancelled

  • Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds
